im sorry i dont understand but i thought mystic gave you the same power boost each lvl but on lvl 1 its just hard to transform into sometimes it doesnt work and also im pretty sure for all races its as powerful as super saiyan 3 but i think you should be able to configure mystics power

nah it was about 6-8 months ago id say in an older version but there was a 1.7.10 version and it was a thing in 1.6.4
