The skill cost. Basically, every single skill in the game requires a Mind Attribute of at least 300 and I just can not find the settings on the files.

I’ve searched three times already for the freaking options on the jrmconfig files and nothing up until now. I’m playing solo so no custom config from a server to me.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
