I know it’s been over 20 days since you asked this but I hope I could help.

If you are talking about the vanilla mobs (zombies and etc) then probably you are just too strong for them. It also depends on your passive defense, which increases with DEX. If it’s higher than the mob’s damage, then you don’t receive damage.
