Hey I know how its supposed to work but in the newest version it does nothing for me and idk why so can someone pls tell me what to do to make it work cuz its a annoying feature that would be cool if it actually worked

I think it would be cool to have energy weapons like the ones seen in the multi universe tournament and like goku blacks energy sword and have it be a skill you can upgrade for more damage or to morph at lvl 10 to turn into a scythe like goku blacks energy sword did

Can you make it in dragon block c that you can basically swat away ki blasts if your strong enough kinda the way you do a fire charge from a ghast because that would be useful
