Believe it or not. I actually think Jin pretty much finished Ultra Instinct in one update.
I agree that 80% is maybe a bit too overpowered. I think the Ultra instinct -Sign- (Partial) should have a 50% dodge chance and perhaps the Mastered variation should keep the 80%?
I only disagree with you on two things.

That’s not a bad idea, but I wonder how it would work?

Super #17 and Super #13 had to absorb other androids, even Cell’s perfect form required absorption.

Maybe you could absorb NPC’s?

I have this one basic idea or rather “suggestion” for the Ultra Instinct Aura.

I know Jin said he was working on new aura animations and none of them seemed to fit. However, I think he’s working too hard all together.

Ultra Instinct only needs a charge effect, but as far as the aura goes, I think he should use, or perhaps, reuse the aura/glow…[Read more]
