I forgot to add for the bio android’s semi perfect and perfect forms do not drain as it never drained when cell was in his forms, but super cell 2 or super bio android 2 and golden do drain.

That’s how it works for another dbz game I played but I guess ssj3 is something that can’t be masterd as it just take’s way to much to stay in it. When I played a dbz online game you could “master” ssj3 but all it did was you went into the for faster and the dev told poeple to use it as a last resort. And well..yeah it worked well for that game anyway.

There is a video someone made of why ssj3 drains so much. I do love ssj3 but when it come’s to canon ssj3 is very strong but is very hard to master. Should they make the drain yes…yeah because to get to ssj4 you need 1.250.000 tp AND! ssj4 drains less then ssj2.
