Ok, now I know this is a heavily discussed topic by both the community and the dev team, but I would like to share a few of my ideas on how I think the wish system could be improved.

      Dragon Blocks:
Anyway, my idea was that dragon blocks would spawn randomly across the world, where it will be randomised so that they can spawn anywhere. Now you might ask ‘How is that different from how it is now?’, well let me explain – There will be 7 types of dragon blocks including the 1 star, 2 star, 3 star, 4 star, 5 star, 6 star and 7 star dragon blocks. These will spawn randomly in the minecraft world, but here is the catch! Only 1 of each will spawn! So there will only be 7 in total! Now, these dragon blocks, will not despawn or respawn until a wish has been made, meaning that people can’t collect 100 groups of dragon blocks and spam wishes. Anyway, these dragon blocks will spawn around the world randomly once a new world is created, and will only spawn more if a wish has been made with them, in which they will then randomly spawn across minecraft again. Now, to prevent griefers/trolls from destroying a dragon block, whenever a dragon block is thrown into lava, cactus etc… It will instantly be returned to the players inventory. And as well as all of this, when the dragon blocks respawn, they will turn to stone (I know that they already do this, but currently they can still be collected when in this state), and will be UNBREAKABLE, for a total of 1 minecraft day.
To make the dragon blocks slightly easier to find, they will only ever generate at max 5000 blocks away from the nearest player.

      Dragon Radar:
Anyway, with this idea the dragon radar will be able to scan the entire world, allowing for it not to be nearly impossible to find them. A map of the entire world will be shown on the radar, and the closer you get to a dragon block, the more the radar zooms in on the area, so that you don’t have to estimate where it is within 1000 of where it is shown to be on the radar. When the radar is zoomed in on a dragon block and is not able to display any other dragon blocks, arrows will appear on the radar pointing towards all the other dragon blocks. In addition to this, dragon blocks will NOT be visible on the radar if they are in their stone state, however if you DO find one, you will have to wait until in returns to normal.

      Item Wishes:
Anyway, onto the actual wish system. The current one will probably have to be scrapped and replaced with a new one. When the dragon blocks are activated, text will appear in chat from your user name saying the phrase to summon Shenron, after which the great dragon will then appear. A menu will then open with the options: ‘Tangible Wishes and Intangible Wishes’. Selecting tangible wishes will open a menu containing every block available. This menu will resemble creative mode, except it will only contain items obtainable in survival. In the top of the menu, depending on whether you are using the earth or namekian dragon blocks you will have 1000 wish points for the normal ones and 3000 for the namekian dragon blocks. Now don’t get exited, this dosen’t mean you can get 3000 diamonds, because if you hover over an item, it will tell you the exact number of wish points needed to get it. You will also not be able to chose items that differ too much from one another, as each item will also display text, telling the group, for example: Diamonds, Gold, Money(if it is added to the mod) = Riches – Coal, Charcoal, Block of coal = Fuel etc… You can only wish for items from the same group, meaning no Coal+Diamond+Cobblestone etc… Anyway, depending on what items you chose will depend on the text that is displayed after the wish: ‘[Yourusername] > I wish for [Chosenitem]’, however if you are choosing more than one type of item that is still from the same group, the text will display: ‘[Yourusername] > I wish for [Chosengroup]’. An actual example of this could be ‘[Yourusername] > I wish for wood’ or ‘[Yourusername] > I wish for Tools’. This new wish system might seem a bit OP, but just remember how hard the dragon blocks will be to find. Also, to prevent unfairness, the player that has previously made a wish, if getting all 7 dragon blocks and wishing again, the wish points they get for those specific dragon blocks will be halved. This will continue to happen, halving your points each time, until you will be unable to even summon Shenron at all! However, this nerf will decline once another player has made a wish, in which every time a player other than yourself makes a wish, your wish points will be doubled until they reach the max 1000 for normal and 3000 for namekian. This nerf dose not apply on single player.

      Intangible Wishes:
Before you enter the item wishing menu, you will also have a choice of choosing to enter the intangible wishes menu, where you can wish for TP, where for every 10 wish points, you can purchase 1 TP. This can be stacked until you can no longer use any more wish points, where you will then need continue with the wish. You can also revive another player for 200 Wish points and do many other things such as changing your age, growing back lost limbs etc…

Anyway, sorry for such a long post and feel free to express what you like/dislike about this idea. 😀

there’s only one prob what if someone used a mod other than DBC how’ll the game identify the value of an item from another mod (i had the same ideas and never posted ’em due to that prob)

note it can’t be based on the crafting recipe cause it might be uncraftable or crafted from unknown items added by mods

Yeah, I know that there are problems with my idea, but it IS still only a suggestion and it doesn’t have to be added exactly like this, or even at all. But thanks for your reply 😀

I think that this would work perfectly if that dragon ball world map idea was implemented.

I love the idea! I think this should add black star dragon blocks whenever the GT saga is added too. Black stars should have the most wish points and all of the dragon blocks should be able to change your age.
