As the guy said above, i think its a recipe created from the server, since customnpcs allow you to create custom recipes

Oh man i feel kinda dumb for not testing it out on singleplayer.
I always thought that even if you made a global recipe in cnpcs it didn’t show up on the nei recipe hud, so that’s weird.
Maybe they used crafting manager or something.

It’s a client side mod, you can use it on any server you like as long as it’s not forbidden there.

You can download any not enough items version, just type not enough items in google, find the latest 1.7.10 version, and download it alongside the latest Codechicken core version for 1.7.10.
