What do you mean? DBC is a dragon Ball based mod. Last update was added a useless transformation from gt, SS4. Ultra instinct would be a good addition. If you don’t like it, just don’t be rude because you didn’t like the idea because your computer doesn’t hold it. DBC IS a Dragon ball Gt and Super based mod, and ultra instinct is a useful transformation.

Ultra Instinct would be a horrible addition right now as we barely know anything about it or how it would work, and Jin shouldn’t be focusing on your fantasies and more so on the mod itself. The mod isn’t only about forms there’s more to the mod than that in fact.

Instant Transmission is a perfectly fine request though but again, you should explain how it could work.

And why make it a Penta-Aura? It’s probably difficult to add Dual Aura’s like Kaioken Blue for example, why should this get 5?

Actually I have 140+ IQ. So instant transmission would work like you click a button, and you enter in IT mode . It will show up the block that you are looking at with some color. Then you right click and you get to the place. Ultra instinct could be like this: new game mechanic , Dodge . Each form should have a Dodge and a % of dodging . Ki blasts would have more probability to fail than body to body attack. So Ss like 35, ss2 like 40 , ss3 like 42 , God 50 , blue 60, and , then, ultra instinct would be like 80-90. If you think that I’m retarded, think again. And you should not be triggered by a comment in internet.

IQ is you capacity to learn, not how smart you are. You could have a VERY high IQ and still be as dumb as a brick. If you’re suggesting that a higher IQ makes you more intelligent than everyone else, you’ll never go anywhere in life.

Your ideas for a “dodge” mechanic would only work if he forces you to move, which to some, might be rather annoying. That, or, you could have a “dodge” like how TES 3: Morrowind does it, where you can hit at someone, hit them, but guess what? It doesn’t hit. Either way you propose it lacks the ability to capture truly how awe inspiring the abilities of Ultra Instinct are. Not to mention, Ultra Instinct isn’t just dodging. It’s also the ability to strike without thinking. Your entire body moves on its own in combat, not just to dodge enemies.

Instant Transmission is a little more complex than you propose, as many would want to use it in combat. Switching modes can be tedious to remember, and most people would want Instant Transmission to be easy to quickly use in a pinch, not some toggle “IT mode”, look at the block you want, and then go there.

Asking for UI is too soon. But i can tell you what i think how UI will function if it did get added.
*To obtain UI, you will have to have endure some kind of blast that has the same energy as from what Spirit bomb consists off. Which is Positive Energy, and you will have some evil in you, or even in one of the ssj forms, and then you will have to somehow endure it with all of your DBC health gone without using Senzus or any other healing items and then you will get the UI skill. Which is basically Impossible technically-speaking. You could also get UI from an angel, which would most likely cost you like… 1000x more TP than god form, but its better than just doing that “ritual”.
*UI has a time limit for how long you can use it, and it increases with each CON point.
*UI has 2 different kind of modes. One is Offensive, another one is Defensive. You get a random chance of getting one of them when you get the skill.
<Lets use CON 10000 with the max stat allowed being 100000>
*UI Defensive mode has perfect dodging ability for the first 1 minutes, but then your UI becomes more unstable and now has a chance to get hit.
*UI Offensive mode has perfect precision for the first 1 minutes, in other words you can hit anything from a long distance, and can do multiple hits in one hit, but you can’t dodge like the Defensive mode.
*UI’s Functionalities deteriotate after the first 1 minutes. After some seconds, you will hear the fading eye sound effect (not sure what to call that sound effect)
*MUI would be acquired from upgrading UI skill.
*MUI would function just like UI Defensive and Offensive mode together.
*MUI would have better Offensive and Defensive functionality than the UI counterparts, but it can still deteriorate like UI, expect it has a longer time limit. But be aware that after MUI time limit runs out, you will have insane limit-breaking strain. UI doesn’t have that kind of Limit-breaking strain so it is more safer to use.

Edit: atleast thats what i personally would do for the Ultra Instinct skill.
