      I was watching Jins video about the Ultra Instinct update and I got very confused. I understood the body under 20% and you need god form at level two or higher but the rest confused me. What were the other requirements and is it like Legendary Super saiyan and it’s just random or you transform into UI only when your body is bellow 20%
