      Is there any reason why transformations shouldn’t be based on bp? If it were, that would mean that you would need to upgrade your stats to be high enough and that way, it would make way more sense than someone who’s barely even comparable to Krillin to have like SS3. If there is a reason however, please tell me. I would like to know.

      I like the joke about Krillin but if you saw the tournament of power saga then you would probably say Yamcha. and regardless you would still have to say Yamcha because he can’t even beat a saibaman. But as of that question, there is somewhat a reason, its to make it easier I believe. because if you have to have a BasePower of let’s say 15,000, then it would be a little hard. dragon block C isn’t made to have to be strong for power, you’ve got to be GOOD for power. any ol’ martial artist could obtain a power if it was like that. nonetheless, it is a good suggestion.
