People ,this is a power-up,but,as you can see,he could transform in that form because he gathered energy from the world as a spirit bomb,then he used the energy on himself,also let’s do not forget,Vegeta’s and Goku’s Ki are essentialy the thing that made him that powerfull.
It’s not a unique transformation,is a power up everyone could do,even Roshi could do it,if he buffed up then he gathered all of the energy of the world plus Goku’s and Vegeta’s ki,hmm…maybe what should the name be??Buff Human Fury?Super Human Wrath?
In my humble opinion,this shouldn’t be able,it’s just a waste of time.
Even if it’s created,the concept should be that everyone can use that power-up if they have energy from gods.
Also,even if it’s created the way you wanted,it would make it even more unbalanced.
It’s good as it is now.
