Snake way and king kai planet not working

HI, as the title says the snake way and laing kai planet does not load for me in sp or the server I’m running with my friends, I have tried being full alignment, changing the file and the command. All to no avail, king kai spawns in his usual coords just fine, and the weight if the planet that’s not there is in effect, but that’s it. If possible could someone link me an otherworld file with it already loaded in please? Thanks in advance
