when i try to use the Dragon Block C Mod on my Server, i get the Message: Waiting for Server Data

I used the same Mods Folder from my Mods Folder in Minecraft and i Copied the Configurations from the Client on the server

      Can anyone help me?

did you install forge into your server?
did you put the mods correctly?
      is it the same version?

Probably made your start bat launch the minecraft_server jar and not the forge jar, meaning it just booted a regular vanilla server.

Try checking that your server is bound correctly either to localhost, or, if port forwarding, put it through your local ipv4 and connect to your external ip

      use

      java -Xmx1024M -jar forge.jar -o true
      PAUSE

      for your run.bat

youd need the proper server file
      https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Download/versions/1.7.10/minecraft_server.1.7.10.exe

the one on the minecraft site is generally for the most current version.
this one will get you the 1.7.10 server file to create the proper server. then download the forge files and install them for the server should be an option in the installer.
after that its basically the same as for client minecraft put mods into the mods folder, ect.
make sure the clients connecting have the same mods as well and i never did the port forwarding should be guides online generally the hard part is getting that 1.7.10 server file.
