      Hello, I saw that in the rules is prohibited creating a new transformation without the permission of the creator of the MoD.
      There’s a server I know that has SSJ5 and Limit Breaker and wanted to report it.

      It is only not allowed if the person is doing so by editing Jin’s source code.

      Yea, So if its a Plugin that activates by saying a word means it isn’t a Jin Based Transformation, Most likely they found a way to transform without using the source code meaning its legal.
