Problem with ki not recharging when releasing

Hi everyone,
would be great if someone could quickly answer this, or Jin just tell me what he did.
sooooo… I have the problem where, when i release my power, my ki doesn’t regenerate. It did in previous versions of the mod, i’m sure about that (with releasing power I mean pressing the c button). the only way to get ki again is to eat a crap ton of food or snack some senzu beans. and yes, i have set the ki regeneration in the config files to the highest possible value and I still have to wait an hour to get my ki bar to full.
Maybe this isn’t a problem, just me wanting some old features back or Jin thought it didn’t fit in that well.
Anyways, I hope someone can help me.

Go to the jinryuujrmcore.cfg in your config files, open with notes but i recommend notepad++ then go to where it says :

# Server Sided! It can be either ‘passive’ or ‘active’. If it is ‘passive’ upgrading this skill will increase the regen rate for Body, Energy and Stamina (Survival Oriented). If it is ‘active’ upgrading this skill will only work if Release key is pressed and basicly functions as an energy recharge (Fighter/Console Oriented)

Change from passive to active.

It is also possible that if you turned the value for active charging too high, you would be unable to regen due to not having enough stamina. With spirit and con equal, I can only charge about two or three times before I run out of stamina when the value is set at 150%.
