      So you’re in a server with a friend. You’re max level, fully maxed stats, and your friend only has about 2000 in each stat. FEAR NOT! For with this new system, you press ctrl+C and a little gui pops up. you enter what percentage of your power that you want to use (can go down to 0.1%) and boom, you can fight your friend fairly. It takes 1 second every 10% to charge up, and powering down is instant. however, while transformed, it takes 1 second for every 5%.

      that’s a lot of support guys. Jin should probably not add it in right away, he should try fix or expand upon other features like fusion, and definitely balance every race. hell, give every race that isn’t saiyans custom forms and it will be balanced.
