After playing with Namekian a bit, I noticed that this mod makes it rather difficult for spiritualists. 1vsMany battles become dodge-and-fire battles and, because Ki Attacks can only hit one enemy, it expends an insane amount of Ki and stamina to take them all out. Especially when the enemies can often killsteal or finish eachother off with misguided Ki Blasts. A solution I can think of to make it less tedious is to make the Disk Ki Attack and the Spiral Ki Attack, along with the Destructo Disk and Makankosappo tutor attacks, be able to pierce enemies and terrain.
This feature speaks for itself, but to elaborate:
Makankosappo is most known for its ability to pierce through multiple enemies, such as in the case of Goku and Piccolo vs Raditz. In-game, it would be able to pierce through (at least) 5 enemies or blocks followed by explosion damage (if applicable). This would allow for Spiritualist Namekians to have a reliable way to take care of 1vsmany battles without having to invest into its melee or having to expend as much Ki. Spiral Ki Attacks will have the same function. I remember Jin saying something similar to “Namekians will have this unique Ki Attack”, so I mainly apply this to Namekians.
Destructo Disk is most known for its ability to, well, cut through anything. It’s an unstable slicing Ki Attack that has been able to amputate enemies far stronger than its user (such as with the case of Frieza’s and Gohan’s tail, Super and Kid Buu, and the various mountains/buildings sliced in two). In-game, it would have a similar function to Makankosappo, except Frieza’s taught Kiezan would be able to follow the lock-on target at the expense of higher Ki cost instead of being able to slice through opponents. Goku’s taught Destructo Disk would, however, cut through opponents and terrain. Self-made Disk Ki Attacks would have an option to toggle piercing or lock-on, but not both. The Lock-on variant would cost more Ki, but would have a shorter cast time.
Note: Frieza doesn’t actually teach Destructo Disk, so I propose he should teach only the lock-on variant while Cell would teach both the improved (piercing) variant under the name “Kienzan” and the lock-on variant under “Tsuibi Kienzan” [‘Tsuibi’ means, more-or-less ‘chasing’ in English and is the name of Frieza’s disc attack, which is also known as “Death Saucer”].

Woah easy on the tags dude 😛
Anyway this ain’t bad, but imao I think that what makes ki blasts this unusable is their charge time, your character animation totally lets your opponent know that you’re gonna attack and also which type it’ll be. So I think blasts with average size like disks, normal blasts and lasers should sse their base cast time reduced.
Something that’d be as awesome would be a ki push (you know this damn move that bosses use in DBXV2 to push you away). Little damage, huge knockback, it’d be quite useful for spiritualists .
Also, since spiritualists have better ki control, Ki Punch/Defense/Boost should be more effective for them.

Ki Protection is already immensely useful for Spiritualists, due mostly to the fact that it draws upon your Ki Pool to provide protection. Ki Boost as well, but not as much for Namekians. Ki Punch is primarily for Warriors and Martial Artists (to a lesser extent). As a Spiritualist, boosting melee damage isn’t a priority. They don’t have the defense/dexterity investment to take as many attacks as a melee-focused fighter does, and, therefore, could go without punching enemies. As for the charge/cooldown times, I’ve got an idea to fix that also.
