      I know, I know you can disable it, but it always seemed to me that there should be a middle ground between losing the skill by using it and it working like any other skill.
      Here is my proposal, when the skill becomes less than 1 there is a probability that instead of the skill disappears from the skills menu it will be replaced by a level 0 version instead, which works as expected similar to level 0 race skill, unlearned, does not consume mind to have it and you can spend TP to improve it to higher levels.
      of course you can configure how likely this is to happen, if it is 0 it will never happen and if it is 100 it will always happen.
