Legendary Super Saiyan stuff

So when you’re playing a Saiyan and give yourself the Legendary ability, you still need to upgrade your Super Form skill to use it, right? Well, I was thinking that after reaching a certain upgrade level, you could be able to use normal Super Saiyan before powering up to the Legendary state. So it would be like this: Super Form level 1-2 -> LSSJ; Super Form 3-4 -> LSSJ -> LSSJ2; Super Form 5-6 -> Controlled Super Saiyan -> LSSJ -> LSSJ2. Controlled Super Saiyan would be around the level of Full Power Super Saiyan or between it and the Grade 2 form. (Note: I still don’t know if LSSJ2 is actually locked behind Super Form levels or not, since I haven’t fully tested it out.)

LSSJ and LSSJ2 are, indeed, locked by Super Forms. LSSJ2 is equal to the SSJ3 in power, but the drawbacks include the inability to ascend to SSG or SSGSSJ, Kaioken, and Mystic. Once you upgrade your Super Form to level 2, you will be able to ascend to a state of equal power as SSJ3 albeit with a much slower transformation time. In order for your idea to work, you will have to replace SSJ1 with LSSJ as the Super Form Level 1 transformation since it doesn’t make sense to add a new, yet, weaker, transformation upon reaching the final level. If the LSSJ status was changed to cause SSJ1>LSSJ>LSSJ2, then I think it could work, however, LSSJ>LSSJ2<SSJ1 doesn’t make sense chronologically.

But it does make sense from the standpoint that in the series canon, the user has to have a lot of control to use the Super Saiyan form without freaking out and going green. I was thinking purely roleplay value, but from a gameplay point of view, I guess it would be better to have Controlled Super Saiyan come first.

Broly had a Super Saiyan form not unlike the standard one we’ve seen, however, it is observed to be many times stronger and more difficult to control. Broly was in this form before he ascended to LSSJ for the first time. Canonically, Broly’s SSJ1 state is fully develop, so I think, were LSSJ to get another form, SSJ1 should be implemented as a 40% stat boost (just in between SSJ1 and SSJ2) and take the place for the form given after Super Form Level 1. Its appearance would resemble that of the bulkiness given by SSJ Stage 3.

That’s about what I was thinking; but I hadn’t noticed Broly’s Super Saiyan being any stronger than normal. In fact, the form he used in the first movie seemed to be weaker than standard Super Saiyan, though only because it was influenced by his mind-control crown. Maybe I’m wrong, but I don’t plan on watching the movies again anytime soon.

it is lssj full power and the other is lssj if lssj2 existed it will be too op cuz it would match almost god forms and lets not talk about lssj3

LSSJ2 is what it’s called in the config file, and it’s just less time-consuming to type and read.

I think there should be a legendary God form where your hair changes to green. In the movies, Broly’s lssj was able to keep up with God forms, but I don’t know of any forms other than lssj4 that can beat God form or God form blue. Don’t get me started on Lssj4, because your hair doesn’t even turn green, besides, it’s not even canon. So I dunno, maybe we can make this, or, just make Lssj2 just as strong as God Form. I’m pretty sure that’s what Broly used in DBS Broly. So either way, hit me with them suggestions.
