Ki attack controls? (DBC)

I don’t seem to be able to use ki attacks. I learned Ki blast, Spirit Bomb, and Kamehameha. I have enough ki to use them, but when I right click, nothing happens. I select which ki attack to use through 2nd Fn+Scroll wheel, and my ki is released (I maxed out the “unlock potential” skill immediately) but neither attack works.

To shoot it’s right click + 2nd function, not just right click.
Also you can’t use ki blasts at 0% release but I think it’s obvious.
