So uhh…
When Your Character On Either DBC, Naruto C Or Both(Heck. Maybe Even SAOC) Hits Level 100. Wouldn’t It Be Amazing If They Could Have Their Own Ability?

For Example:
-Cell Had His Absorbing Ability(?)
-Ginyu Could Switch Bodies(This Is WAAAAYY TOO OP THO)
-Goku Could Use Intant Transmission

You Could Give Players The Option To Select Attributes To Add To The Skill. Like Make It Do Damage Or Heal, Maybe Give Some Of Your Characters Power To Them Temporarily.

Maybe if they get to higher levels they could lower the cooldown increase the damage or increase the duration of the move? But how much TP would it cost like tons?

Depending On The Ability Base… Like “Attack, Defence, Support etc” the TP and effect would change. like ki abilities(or jutsu?) for example…

Type: Other (not really a support type)
Effect: Clone (even tho they cant do anything)
Who?: Self (as in who its used on)
Where?: Here(or n/a, front or around)
Cast Time: 1.5 seconds
Cool Down: 40 seconds
Damage?: 0(BECUZ ITS NOT SHADOW CLONE COME ON!)
TP Cost: 4000 (should cost alot because its special ability + Cast Time)
