      When I tried to go super saiyan it says I needed false super saiyan but how do I get that?

      False Super Saiyan is not part of the Dragon Block C mod.
      You are using another mod which adds that form, for example Jwan’s DBC Essentials Mod.
      You will have to contact them on this matter.
