Help with making a saga

For the longest of time I’ve been trying to make my own custom saga for DBC, I was always interested in the idea of making my custom story using the entities within the mod but I could never get it to work properly. Whenever I finish an edit and then go to test it out within the game whenever I attempt to load the world my game crashes. This doesn’t happen with other custom Sagas some people have done that I have played and I can’t tell what I’m doing wrong to cause this problem. Can someone help me with this problem?

I think this is something about the version of the saga but I’m not sure at all. Rewatch Jin’s tutorial videos on the matter to make sure you didn’t skip something.

That’s what I thought at first, that I might have missed something, but it doesn’t seem to be the case. I would even attempt to copy the main saga as closely as I could and even then it still wouldn’t work. I was thinking that it might not work properly on this newer version and attempted to use older custom Sagas to see if this was the case but it worked fine with those, with no problems. I can edit the initial values of the mainDBC Saga I just can’t make different objectives or create a new custom story which is the problem. The closest I was able to do was get a side mission to show in game, but when I attempt to start the side mission it would exit out of the world, sending me back to the main menu.

Can you make a download for the saga? I might be able to figure out what your problem is.

I apologize for taking so long, something happened IRL that I had to spend a lot of focus on. I forgot that I made this post entirely!

But how would I go about making a download of it?

I didn’t go further than the beginning for I wanted to make sure I at least understood what the problem was.

The only thing that sticks out to me is that you didn’t have a brace to end the rewards block, other than that it looks fine to me.

what’s a brace? I’m not much of a coder/scripter nor do I use notepad+ much, so I’m not sure what a brace is.

One of those, you only had the first one [. You could also call them brackets, but I call them braces.
