      Aight so I’m sure many other people would agree… but I feel like flight speed is way to slow (compared to the show and stuff) I feel like it should be configurable so that It can be Suuuuper fast or Super slow and anywhere in-between. (Like anywhere between 5 blocks per second with Fly lvl 10 – 200 blocks per second Flight lvl 10)

      Now for Ki attacks: It would be cool if you could see the Ki attack charging up in the player’s hand while it’s being ready to fire (Or give players the option to have this) – maybe this could be in the Ki attack revamp… (also where the barrage attacks at bro?)
      One more thing… for explosive ki attacks (with destruction on) maybe the Ki attack streak on Waves could damage terrain like in the show/anime…

      The game does not load more than an area with a radius of 128 blocks (8 chunks) centered on the chunk the player is in, for each player.
      Therefore, going any further than 128 b/s is worthless since you wouldn’t leave your commputer the necessary time to load new chunks, and if you have a weak computer, which is the case of most people around here, that would even lead to freezing the game. And that could happen way before reaching 128 b/s. Why do you think the creative fly doesnt’ go any faster ?
      Test yourself : create a flat world, give yourself speed effect with the max amplifier, walk forward, and see how much time you need before encountering chunk loading problems.
      Increasing the speed of Nimbuses and Pods would be good, but giving the Fly skill such speed is worthless as I’ve just explained.
      The rest is déjà vu.

      To give you an idea, you’d move for a certain number of blocks, then you’d be forced to stop moving because the allocated memory is full with loading new chunks, so your game can’t let you go any further, as nothing exists yet beyond that point. Oh, and of course, such situation causes lag spikes.
      I already experimented that with moded rides, or even vanilla horses, and trust me, when your machine can’t keep up, you just walk in the end because it’s just so frustrating to have to stop each 10 seconds depsite maybe going faster.
      And since moving at a 200 b/s speed in combat is unusable (that means pressing your forward key for 0.1 seconds would make you move for 20 blocks, try to have precise movements with that), I guess we’re talking about long distance travelling.
      So why not make a Travel Flight mode instead, that would be twice your usual speed, but since you’re focused on flying, you have less attack and defense, you can’t block and shoot ki blasts, and you’d be knocked back to normal flight if take significant damage (so not a godamn skeleton shooting at you).
      In the meanwhile, you can use the waypoints of the Journey Map mod to telport yourself to specific places, and if you want to stay pure DBC, travelling in the Nether divides the distance by 8.
