Faster/Instant transformation

A system that allows you to transform faster the stronger you get say you have 80+ in every stat you can transform instantly or say you only have 10 in each stat it takes a longer time to transform

i already talked about this once
i personally think it should work like this:

you take the ki that would be drained when you transform into ssj/ssj2(you should be able to instant transform into a ssj3) and multiplie by 3
and then when you use that instant transformation it basically takes up that much ki

The thing is that the lvl 10 transformation skill is near instant already. Why would you make a request for something that already exists?

i think he is tlaking about 100% instant
like you run towards your opponent and just instantly transform while running
