      i have got a idea for a new race, A Android race. you can choose something like cell or make you own android. with cell you can absorb the strength etc.

      Does not seem the same as cell though. What is planned is androids, not bio-androids (If I am not mistaken)

      Actually BIO-ANDROID is the confirmed one for a race, and and ANDROIDS race wont be a thing, it will just be so if you loose an arm or a leg or want to change it, you can become an android at gero’s lab.
