Dragon Ball All back from the brink of death

For those of you were were members on DB All when Coolhion owned it and player who are looking for a new server here you go. Dragon Ball All is still work in progress but its gotten a lot better then it was under Coolhion. so lets go over what has been happened. so cfm pams harvest and chisel arent part of the server. the server world and player data (except ranks) reset. and permissions have been fixed. Training currently is still being working on. We are currently at Dabura and if you have suggestions for it please feel free to tell the owner. Server Shop is still work in progress. So the main thing with this server is its a more government system and relies heavily on players as well as staff. this is because the first player for each race becomes the King, Queen, President, or Dictator of their race. currently there is only a leader for the arcosians. the player that becomes king of the saiyans is currently in debate due to two players claiming they are king. also you need a screen shot of being the first of that race. so we can see the date of time you joined. So leaders of the race basically run what happens in their sectors (human earth) (saiyan vegeta and nether) (Namekians namek) (arcosians will have land on multiple dimensions for the time being until we get the donations to upgrade so we can get new mods. so the leaders basically have to set up the government so its stable. so the government can import and export with another and live. and so it can keep its taxes to the owner. basically the leaders can pay builders to make a structure for them. then if they want the staff will then world guard the build and give ownership to the leader but they need to pay tax money to keep it breathing. So by build it will mostly be the kingdom shops that the leader must provide the resources for (or pay the staff to get them items). So now details about staff. so staff are going to mainly take orders from the gods (owners and co owners). and they take roles in the government that are similar to their actual roles. Admins are Judges and Lawyers in the God Court (servers version of supreme court so the players Kingdoms have their own type of court system that the owner needs to approve). Moderators and Helpers are pretty much just Police. now Judges and Lawyers with court are mainly for inheritance. Because players are required to have Wills. as in say there in a family in family c. So you adopt a son. and you leave lets say your house to the son. when you leave the server (the minimal date will be a week of inactivity or you can lower it by stating so in your will) but if you say your gonna be gone for a week it will ignore that. anyways if you leave or get banned on the server, the inheritance will go to that family member and others if they are listed. this can include money, a faction, a home, (eventually a space ship/planet when we get enough donations), and more. i’ll also allow ranks when doing this. now keep in mind this server still has a tiny bit of work that needs fixing or adding. but thats why this server is public so players can help the staff out by pointing out the bugs.i hope to see you all there. heres the discord. https://discord.gg/Nv6w7Tf.

So, I read about your Tournament of Power. What me and others are getting from it is this: You and your staff are thanking players for playing on your server by holding a tournament that will completely destroy something they worked hard for. On top of that, if they lose, they have to $1 to get it back, which, by what I’m reading here on Minecraft’s EULA page, you’re not allowed to do. The other big problem is with your donation shop. Selling unjails, unmutes, unbans, is all against Minecraft’s EULA policy on donations. Recently, I was invited to the DBC Server Alliance by AmericanRandom. To my surprise, I was welcomed with open arms, and honestly, I expected to see you there. And I asked. “I thought Emperor_Justin was supposed to be in the alliance.”, and someone replied, “We found out he lied about you, so we voted him out and got you in this.” Guess who told them? Someone from your server staff. That was also when Justrim told me that you had spies on other servers stealing ideas and doing some dirty stuff on them, all to get yours at the top. When will you realize your not an Emperor? From what I see from your history, you’re just a little kid trying to make some cash off of a game and mod that someone worked so hard to create. I hope you realize that, if you ever get to the top, if anyone has the guts to do what I’m doing right now, they will shut you down in an instant. Instead of taking the hate from the beginning, you put it all on me, and look where I am now. I’m creating a server unlike most others, and I’m a Developer for the one of the top 3 DBC servers on the serverlist. Where are you? You got kicked out for creating drama that wasn’t supposed to have been there from the beginning, and it all crumbled in your face when someone you thought you trusted did the right thing. Anyways, another thing: selling XP Converters is fine and all, but please give credit where credit is due. You may not like it, but from what I’m hearing from people, you’re distributing a plugin that has my name written all over it that I made for your server alone, and using it to make some extra cash. At this point, I’m just going to leave a little something here. To those of you who care, below is a link to the DMs that Justin and I traded after I resigned on DBAll. I’d like you to form your own opinion on it, and don’t not listen to anyone else, if you don’t mind.

Okay where do I start? ah yes!, you are a prepubescent child who can’t control who you are, you’re a very childish person when you don’t get what you want, being that you’re a Brat, and might I remind many people reading this post, I banned you for a real good reason, and that reason is disrespecting staff and shit talking a friend who was really close to me, I don’t tolerate that kind of crap and so I took it upon myself and banned you but then you started a war and it really got my nerves going, and when it all settled down you decided to have Spies on other servers and from what I was told, you copied many, many things and that is below standards, that and stealing from our friend Havik who busted his ass for you. Anyways all I wanted to say, and also people know who you are and what you’ve done and I must say, they aren’t happy campers.

Oh alright I am gonna make this quick and simple. first off let’s start with your big three mistakes you made with me an the server I came from. 1. your undying hate for saiyancraft now understand while I am a admin on saiyancraft I am not blind to our flaws and we are trying to fix them but you have gone out of your way to attack us and to spread unneeded hate I have warned you this will stop or I will take action beyond just talking to you. two you tried to advertise on our server and on our forums and even now I hear reports you are still doing this if this is true I will be banning anyone involed most likely a perma ban. three how you act. you act like a child and it makes the rest of the community look bad when you act the way you do. so for the last time justin stop or I WILL stop you myself and I will not be nice about it

oh I forgot to add this but those xp converters are from the server you hate so much they where made by our admin double and before you say anything we have gone out of our way to confirm we made them first

1) I never said you couldn’t distribute it; I simply asked for credit where it was due, which by what I’m seeing, I never got. That’s up to you if you feel like giving it.

2) No form of ‘spying’ is for a good reason, especially when it’s on a colleague’s server.

3) You should probably read up on the EULA.

4) Months before hand? It was ‘resolved’ a few weeks ago, not months. Don’t try to exaggerate the situation. And for the record, I DID bust my ass for you, which is why I quit your server. I wasn’t getting the respect that I believed I deserved from the staff, you, etc, so I stopped busting it for you.

5) On another note, you were voted off. You know why, and I know why too. Don’t try to sugar coat this just because you want a little of the hate off of you. You put it on me first, and it backfired. If anything, you deserve more than what I got.

Well you were being Voted out of the Server Alliance, but you left instead. Which we are still considering it being kicked out as you were going to get Kicked out but you left right before the voting ended.
