DBC mobs in safe areas

      So, I used to play in 1.4.74. When I was in the safe zones, some DBC mobs (like red ribbon soldiers) used to appear once in a while there, but it always spawned only 1 or 2. Then, after I updated to 1.4.74, kamis lookout is always full of mobs (like 50 atleast) (tigers, metallitrons, soldiers, bear thiefs, mechas, etc). This is really annoying and I don’t actually know if it’s a bug.

      It is a programming error that appears in the latest version, probably in future versions this error will be fixed.
