      i think this should be simple. the ability the add your own wishes, to the roster of DBC.
      i think of should be like a command block, where any command you put there would be issued onto the player using the Dragon balls

      tell me what you think below!

      Freeza, it is a wish made by the owner or administrators of the server. its not just something ANYONE can make.
