Can you lower spawn rate of the dragon blocks?

Is it possible to lower the spawn rate for the dragon blocks? I would like to try an any wish rule for a playthrough, but it would be boring to get a wish every other day. Is there a command or setting when making a world to lower the dragon block’s spawn rate?

Go to your search bar on your computer and type is “%appdata%
Go to your .minecraft.
Then go to your “config” folder
Open one of the DBC files (I forget which) with Notepad or Notepad++
Then look for the spawn rate option, and change it. You can also enable other things like ki charging.
