      what are the numbers beside the ki numbers in the arcosian race?

      They are Power Points. They are obtained by being in minimal 45% and any lower % BUT IT HAS TO BE IN MINIMAL, NOT HIGHER THAN 45% MINIMAL.
      Power Points are activated in base 100%. In base, it takes 50 PP. In Kaioken/5th it takes 100 PP. In my opinion, since PP is activated by being in 100% base, then it should make the Arco look buff like Frieza in 100%.

        So you’re saying that if I was in ultimate and a Saiyan in super Saiyan god super Saiyan (super Saiyan blue) I can still win because of power points?

      Yup, but it only lasts for like a minute and a half in ultimate evo.
