      I decided to host the first annual JinRyuu memorial tournament. A tournament in the memory in Jin. Using his amazing mod. But I cant have a tournament without people who are willing to participate.

      I plan on since it’s going to be new and everyone will start off weak the tournaments will have a level limit. The level going up each time so there wont be alot of grinding. For the first tournament i’m thinking level ten unless you guys prefer it to be a little higher then that.

      Wow I realized that I wasn’t thinking clearly when I made this. There arent really any levels in dragon block c. Only stats.

      So for the first tournament the stats limit will be 25 unless people prefer it higher
