There were download and bandwidth problems because of dropbox
from 15/03/2014 GMT 23:00 to 16/03/2014 GMT 4:30
The latest updates can be downloaded (mainly v5 public test releases),
The old version will be available too after a few days,
cause there are a lot from the old versions to re-upload.

Sorry for the inconveniences, I will update the links as soon as possible.

    Hey please fix the bugs and lags in DBC and update to 1.7.2 version and then add more features and continue the sagas till battle of gods please with ssj god mode with awesome aura and features (after you fix and do all you want with the mod.)
