I will try to post here small teasers on what I work on and in some form might get to be added to mods.
But this wont only be for mods. JinGames works on mods mainly but we have own game projects planned as well.
Anyway I will post here short vids, images on what might come or just what I experiment with, and mostly without any text I guess.
So I will probably post unfinished, unoptimized, raw experiments, tests or what ever I feel like to share.

Just experimenting with some new ways for mechanics for ki attacks, and probably even revamping them completely.

I was really inspired by the fights again, and with my current knowledge I just might be able to create a lot better ki attack system.
After all the current one is more then 2 years old or so XD
It is really time to change that since its very useless for pvp at its current state
Thou if anything succeeds, and I really could make it better, then I will make a post before the update to ask in a poll what should happen next.
Well the Naruto C mods future doesnt seem so bright. I’m not sure if I add any great stuff would make it more used. So for now, Let me just ask you to tell me what you think in the polls about this too.

Well I’m not sure but it seems many didn’t understand why there is the supporters site, it should be looked at basically as a Patreon site or should I call it patron site instead of supporters?
Ah anyway, There are still a lot of website development needed and there are several website projects like the mission system, resource pack sites that i would liked to work on, and there is also the redesigning of the download site as well and for several other ones.
And since site development also takes tons of time, it will be still hard to optimize the work schedule on what is more important to work on.
Since the websites need the ads to work and since modpacks and servers take most of the traffic, I do have to consider to work more on website projects that could potentially benefit somewhat to the JinGames Network.
And some more blabla
So some things might change soon. I have some help and I try to depend on others more now, but I dont want to go overboard.
Also I was thinking on making some mini mods. Any suggestion for mini mods are welcome!
This decision is because I make too much complex stuff that requires more time, thus actually if i would take like DBC apart, many features could also stand alone as their own mini mods.
Like the Scouter for example. There is a whole new revamp plan for it, and the scouter could get better then ever before with a lot of visual changes.
And actually this way some mods could be more versatile and mobile through mc versions and maybe even appointing specific persons to work on some of them.
So I have a plan to make an easier way for me to create/update mods for the most used mc versions.
Anyway for the next few months things wont change much, because the new mods probably wont be released as soon as something is made, like how Naruto C and SAOC ended up, but I will try to make teaser videos about them and only release after certain milestones have been reached.

Finally I can tell some news.
I’m sorry the past weeks there were several issues with the website as well, and probably many also noticed.
Like some of our sites were not accessible randomly, or even the in game store feature on some of our servers.
Anyway hopefully that issue is now completely fixed.
Now to our other points.
There is now an official way to support us with our Supporters site at http://supporters.jingames.net Well I would provide donations without any reward aswell, but the thing is that,
I may not accept legally any donations without something to give in return, there are things I may not do because of my countries laws, I can try to bend stuff but only within the law’s limits. Thats why the supporters site was made.
You are now able to Purchase some “Vanity features” that will appear in game globally!
Now this feature is not finished but if it works, its content will grow too.
Right now there are very few content to this so, we accept suggestions on what would you like to pay for.
The “vanity features” you might purchase, have a set duration on how long they are available to one.
Also it is explained on the site that only those should purchase who actually want to support JinGames.
We have a ban list/blacklist and so we won’t accept payments from these sources, neither for those mc names.
Furthermore there will be free vanity feature coupons available soon as well, from either JinGames directly or from servers affiliated with us.
You’ll be able to see a few screenies of the vanity features at the bottom of this post.
What more do we got here.
Well since the past week were mostly web development, sadly there is not much of a content in this update.
Mostly some fixes, new outfits (without recipe still but not for long, now really) and an increase in atr limit.
While I still couldn’t find a good Ultra Instinct aura animation, I did come up with a few aura animations for general use.
And since they are animations, I might consider some to be only available to supporters later on.
(I understand many wont like this ^ thou :P)
IF our new Supporters site works, the development time will increase! This is fact. The point of it is obviously to get as much help as possible with a small timed rewards.
Depending its success, JinGames’ and our Mods future can drastically change in a better way!
Not to mention if Modpacks encourage the use of this Supporters site, Modpacks might get allowed permanently.
But it is really a “depends on” if they encourage it.
Also Please try not to get on my throat because I made something like this.

Why no donation link or Patreon yet?
Well I would have provide donation options without any reward or something in return if I would be allowed to, but the thing is that the law revolving around “donations” is very messed up thing here…

Now to the update. I’m experimenting with various things lately and I think there are some really cool stuff I can make now. Damn time, it’s never enough. The Years C mod will soon have some new content as well, it’ll be mostly visual content. Tooltip description will be more added later and there will be a special wiki for them.
And I looked into biomes again because it needs to work when I get to the space update, that’s why the 2 new biomes for Otherworld.
The next update will be next week, and it will be a small one that will revolve around a visual feature that I talked about last year.
It will be an optional way to support my mods and me.
If it will work how I expect it then there wont be modpack agreements, thou modpacks wont be allowed just with this, but I wont hunt down modpacks without an agreement. XD
Because its still troublesome and time consuming…
And if it really works out then the development might get faster again finally.
The download site has changed. It runs now on sessions, but I hope it still works.
Let me know if you experience anything on the download site as well.
Also every link should work like before, they only wont stay in the address bar anymore.
So Every download build also has now a link which can be shared instead copying it from the address bar.
We have now a site for Memes at meme.jingames.net where you can submit your own memes.
There is barely anything there yet, but please if you have any memes you want to see there, just submit them.
This site is just another try for me to survive and keep modding, coding..
So if there is any grave issue new with this update, let me know asap and I will try to fix it within a few days and release a quick fix.
With the new biome experiment in DBC other world, there might be a new issue.
There might be crash happening “java.lang.RuntimeException: Already decorating!!”
I’m not sure if I fixed it, well it happened a lot of time in the past, but now days it doesn’t happen often.
Anyway now it might be happening again. Let me know if it happens to you too please.
Maybe send the crash log if you are able to.
Some Screenies about the new look of the hand watch
There are tons of things to do and as expected progress is slow. No release this weekend but I’m positive that for next weekend there will be one.
So I have been working on a few things.
First the transformation creator needs a lot of work and there are some issues with it as well. But regardless it is something that many will like. It still wont make the few next updates, but when I can tell more I will tell.
Then there is a mod that was started by Aegous that might be temporary solution for the modpack issue. Atm it is named ModpackUtil and I have to still finish some functions before it can be used.
After that any modpack that uses it (how it is meant to be used) technically wont need any permission because with this my mods don’t need to be in the modpack.
With the ModpackUtil mod the players will have to download my mods from a website specifically made for this mod, and following the steps shown by the site and mod the players will be able to add the mods using the the ModpackUtil.
I will try to make the site and that mod translatable. I’m not sure when this will work completely so let me just say, that I try to finish it soon.
For DBC I know many wait the Ultra Instinct and SSB2 (let’s call Vegeta’s new form like this for now)
While SSB2 might be a thing soon, the UI will be still later. I want to work on the auras a bit more because they are still very unique and I’m planing a new look for the auras overall. I want the auras to have either more customization or at least more variations then now, mainly for the transformation creator.
So DBC wont have any new forms for now.
Naruto C will get a fix update and some content too but not for the next update. There is a lot of things that Naruto C is missing and if the DBS series will really end for now I might be able to concentrate more on Naruto again as well.
Also there are still a lot of site projects I want to finish, but damn so many things to do. XD
I like how it feels that I can still do a lot of things.
For next release tooltips for skills will probably work. With this a lot of new translatable lines will be added.
I want to mention that there is an official translate site, but only a few languages are supported and even fewer are translated regularly.
Our Spanish translator Abelatox does a great job translating before release 😀
So I was wondering if anyone want to be a translator for a specific language that is not yet supported or is neglected get in contact with me.
I know I have been receiving a lot of mails as well and there are some mails that are waiting for quite some time now, I’m really sorry about it.
It is really really hard to find the time to reply peacefully.
I still could write a few things but I will leave those for the next post.
So I must reconfirm the fact that many of my mods are still “work in progress” mods like DBC and NC.
Furthermore the JinGames DBC server mainly is not just the only official DBC server but also the only public testing server for DBC that I use now and then.
That means if there are bugs that were not fixed already but it is fixed on that server, let it be an old issue or a recent, that is because it is also a testing server where I give test versions usually before the actual update release.
The year didn’t start that great for me, beginning with falling ill again… with some additional private issues.
I tied to put together something what still will come this year, but I still need more time on that.
This is a delicate matter O_O
So what have I worked on the past days?
Making a straight plan of upcoming stuff but it seems like there wont be a straight one XD
But roughly this year’s plans include a lot of site developments,
licensing for my mods, server related matters, modpacks and some others,
also proceeding with new mod, mod feature and mainly new game plans!
Since Naruto C didn’t received much attention because of the Dragon Ball series throwing a lot of new jun… khm i mean content to the fandom, and because of the current popularity of my DBC mod I had to work on it more yet again.
I can’t promise now if I will be able to work on Naruto C more this year, but I can say that I have a lot of new coding techniques in my sleeves I want to experiment with and try them out 😀
Sadly still a lot of already made stuff need revamping, not to mention features that have been started but not even close to be finished.
So those started features need to be continued too.
Anyway it is really hard to do everything, but I can tell you one thing,
That I have been really enjoying coding and working on these things ^_^
Except server related things XD
Some matters are really, really time consuming with no productive results. 🙁
Now to mention some license points that are still active obviously. 1. Modpacks are still not allowed without a permission. Last year our agreement system was updated and modpack permissions are fully functional since. Basically if you have a server and generate income I request a specific share, in return for the modpack permission. Permission can be asked for through the contact page. 2. Regarding my content, no one may take anything I have created. It wont be allowed either.

Now I know this update doesn’t look good but I have experimented with some interesting stuff,
so it might not seem much but that Dragon Radar became quite interesting, mainly for my future developments.
About the new Dragon Radar change
It gets closer on what I imagined it to be since the beginning but its still not quite there.
With this the DB scan became a lot slower, it can take more then 10 seconds for it to detect a DB that appeared or has been placed but there is now no height limit for it to detect them, and also DB type per planet limit is also lifted which were originally limited to Earth (Overworld) for normal DB detection and Namekian DB detection for Namek only.
The next plan for the DB radar will be the DB detection range changable with the right click when the radar is in hand.
And to remove the slightest lag the radar still creates for the clients when its in hand additionally making it a lot faster to detect DB.
With this a new DB spawn mechanism will also come.
I’m interested in feedback on the transformation issues if there are still present.
I tried to fix some of the recent issues,
I just hope I didn’t make any new ones XD
One thing is sure for DBC, custom transformations and androidification are to be expected next year at some point and many things that didn’t make this year of course.
I will make a list in January on a rough feature plan for 2018, for all my mods.

So Arcosians received finally their custom colors and an aura ^-^
There are a few new outfits and there will be more to come in the next update!
Also the Legendary status effect received some major changes.

EDITED Please Note that Damage Multipliers above 10 000% the original limit WILL cause glitches and numbers will get messed up! That’s something that can’t be fixed and it wont be anytime soon!
